This is a full-time, on-site Project Coordinator role based in Columbus, OH. The Project Coordinator will support day-to-day project activities, including scheduling, tracking milestones, and maintaining project documentation. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The role will assist with preparing status reports, updating dashboards, and managing project data in relevant software tools.
The Project Coordinator will also handle meeting logistics, follow up on action items, and help identify and elevate risks or issues to project leadership.
- Project coordination and organizational skills, including managing timelines, priorities, and multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Proficiency with office and project management software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, project tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting systems).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, data entry, and status reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Columbus, OH and adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to identify issues and support effective resolutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in facilities, construction, real estate, or related industries is preferred but not required.
