Position: Receptionist

Location: Columbus Association District Office - Columbus, OH

Office

Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8:15am - 5pm

Pay Rate: $18 - $19 per hour (based on experience)

Who you are:

  • You are a collaborator with a cheerful outlook.
  • You give exceptional customer service and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are organized and know how to efficiently manage your time.
  • You are proficient in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • You are willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.

What you’ll do as a Receptionist:

  • Perform routine administrative duties, including reading and routing incoming mail and calls, and providing information.
  • Assist with mailers and other clerical duties as needed.
  • Accept payments and/or correspondence from walk-in Homeowners.
  • Coordinate the schedule for conference room(s).
  • Review and code daily work orders.

  • 1 year of direct administrative experience
