Sales Administrative Assistant

Columbus, OH

Full-time Monday through Friday

$20-$23 per hour based on experience

As the Sales Admin Assistant, you will provide vital administrative support to our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in person and by phone professionally
Enter and update information accurately in CRM systems
Assist with inventory records and vehicle postings
Schedule appointments and assist with customer follow-up
Support daily administrative operations to keep deals moving

Qualifications:

Experience in administrative, office support, dealership, BDC, or receptionist roles preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
Reliable and self-motivated
High school diploma or equivalent required
