As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll help keep our teams organized, our projects moving, and our programs running smoothly. From supporting recruitment and travel to coordinating events and day-to-day operations, you’ll play a key role in advancing our mission of community inclusion for individuals with disabilities.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys variety in their work.
What You’ll Do- Provide Administrative Support: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, maintain records, and support daily office operations.
- Support Recruitment: Assist with community and networking events, outreach, and fundraising efforts.
- Coordinate Travel: Support trip planning, communication, and logistics.
- Manage Data & Reporting: Maintain tracking systems, compile reports, and support data accuracy across departments.
- Support Organizational Projects: Assist leadership teams with presentations, communications, event planning, and operational initiatives.
- Help Keep Teams Connected: Coordinate information, resources, and logistics that help programs run efficiently and effectively.
- Highly organized individuals who can successfully manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communicators who pay attention to details.
- Self-starters who take initiative and follow through.
- People who enjoy both independent work and teamwork.
- Those who want to make a meaningful impact on a large scale.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience supporting disability services is helpful, but not required.
