Service Coordinator - Eastern Region

ADB SAFEGATE's functional teams are integral to powering innovation and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.

The Service Coordinator - Eastern Region provides a wide variety of administrative and support services to the Engineering Services Group, company, project or other organizational units, including file and record maintenance, data management, analysis, and reporting/document control.

• Perform as the single point of contact for Service's incidents for internal and external customers for the Eastern Region.
• Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, compile data, and assemble reports.
• Responsible for project and technical services resources through support and monitoring.
• Invoicing / billing for service work performed.
• Assisting with Service revenue forecasting and tracking revenue-impacting activities
• Managing the renewal of service contracts to support continued revenue and customer retention.
• Creating and managing service tickets for the field service team to ensure work is completed and hours worked are accurately captured.
• A shared resource with other departments as directed by immediate supervisor.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One(1) to Two (2) years of vocational or technical training
• Two (2) to Four (4) years of administrative or office management experience
• Midlevel experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent English (oral and written communication skills)
