Position: Seasonal Operations Support

Pay: $18–$21 per hour

Schedule: Full‑Time | Seasonal

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Operations Support team member to join our Columbus location. This seasonal full‑time role plays a key part in supporting daily branch operations, providing administrative support to the Planner, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with tracking, monitoring, and organizing inbound and outbound paperwork
  • Audit documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance standards
  • Support dispatch operations (weighing trucks, monitoring fuel, assisting with container moves)
  • Act as a liaison between operations and billing to ensure accurate documentation
  • Manage branch cash receipts and assist with deposits and reporting
  • Maintain inventory of operational and sales forms and order supplies as needed
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and maintain HR documentation files
  • Serve as point of contact for inbound freight shipments and coordinate with warehouse teams
  • Communicate operational issues or discrepancies to leadership in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive working relationships
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
  • Customer service mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
