Join Clear Choice Dental Implant Centers as a Patient Intake Coordinator. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless, welcoming experience from their first visit to the completion of their treatment journey.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $21–$24 hourly plus discretionary performance‑based bonus. Actual pay may vary based on experience, performance, and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the ambassador for the patient experience, ensuring every patient feels valued and supported.
  • Manage the patient intake process, including completion of electronic or paper forms and accurate data entry.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring smooth workflow between clinical and administrative teams.
  • Greet patients warmly, manage check‑in/check‑out, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
  • Monitor patient wait times and partner with the General Manager to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Answer and direct all incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain and update the Center’s calendar to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Order and organize patient materials as needed.
  • Scan and upload documents into patient records.
  • Assist with outgoing shipments and general office organization.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the Center’s success.
Qualifications
  • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities, with strong communication skills.
  • Prior dental or medical office experience preferred.
  • Experience in patient admissions, scheduling, or treatment planning preferred.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, patient‑centric environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital record systems.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with flexibility to support colleagues when needed.
