Overview
The Package Center Coordinator is responsible for the oversight of a mail and package center for residential students and campus departments. Manages daily operations in mail and package center; oversees receiving, processing, delivery of mail and packages; develops and enhances mail and package processes; audits mail and packages; develops relationships with various couriers; investigates mail and package concerns; troubleshoots in collaboration with couriers;
manages mail and package return process; serves as liaison for residents and campus departments; partners with university stakeholders including but not limited to Housing and Residence Education, Human Resources, and Risk and Emergency Management; recruits, trains, supervises, and evaluates hourly student staff (approximately 30-45); maintains supply inventory; works collaboratively with other departmental staff. Occasional evening/weekend presence may be required.

Required: High School diploma or GED. 4 years of relevant experience.
Desired: Associate’s degree in relevant field. 6 or more years of relevant experience. Previous supervisory experience. Experience working within a college setting. Experience working with mail and/or packages.
Additional InformationThe target salary range for this position is $18.37-$23.99 per hour. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, the unit’s available budget, and the selected candidate’s qualifications.
