BG Staffing is currently seeking a friendly and professional Leasing Consultant to support a busy apartment community in Columbus, Ohio (43240). This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and assisting residents and prospective tenants.
Position Details
- Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
- Location: Columbus, OH 43240
- Schedule: Full-time (hours may vary based on property needs)
- Employment Type: Contract/temporary
The Leasing Consultant will provide administrative and front office support, with a focus on answering phones and assisting with resident and prospect inquiries. You'll be the first point of contact and play a key role in creating a positive experience for everyone who interacts with the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Assist prospective residents with basic leasing information
- Provide excellent customer service to current residents
- Support the leasing team with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain organized and accurate records
- Help ensure the leasing office runs smoothly day-to-day
- Previous customer service or leasing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Reliable and punctual
