Job Overview
Corient assists high‑net‑worth individuals and families with wealth preservation and philanthropy. We seek a motivated individual to support our advisory teams.
Responsibilities- Administer client data gathering, paperwork preparation and monitoring, and ongoing administrative support for advisory teams.
- Execute client funds transfers via custodian systems.
- Maintain the CRM system with client information, tasks and workflows.
- Facilitate account transfers and communicate status updates to the advisory team in a timely manner.
- Act as the main point of contact with custodians and the firm’s technology service teams.
- Interact with other departments, including Alternative Investments, as back‑office support.
- Coordinate with clients’ other advisors as needed (CPAs, attorneys, etc.).
- Provide general office support as required.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed.
- BA/BS degree required.
- 1‑3+ years of customer service background preferred.
- Team‑player who enjoys working collaboratively.
- Capability to adapt to change in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical and organizational skills.
- Community‑service driven and charitably minded.
- Strong sense of ethics and confidentiality regarding all firm matters.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
This position is non‑exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of Ohio. Pay ranges from $25.50 to $32.00 per hour.
Physical RequirementsWork in an office environment, including prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds. Required to work onsite four days per week.
Eligibility RequirementsMust be 18 years or older and have unrestricted work authorization in the United States. Must be willing to provide proof of work authorization and participate in E‑Verify. Must be willing to sign an Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non‑Disclosure Agreement.
