Office Coordinator
$20 - $25 an Hour Based on Experience. Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Columbus, OH.
Job Description: The Office Coordinator of this local family owned pharmacy oversees daily administrative tasks and ensures the office operates smoothly. They manage workplace communications, coordinate schedules, handle purchasing and inventory, and provide essential support across various departments.
Key Responsibilities- General Administration: Managing incoming/outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, and phone calls) and updating digital or paper filing systems.
- Scheduling: Managing calendars and scheduling client appointments.
- Office Supplies & Facilities: Monitoring inventory, purchasing necessary supplies, and corresponding with vendors.
- Customer Service: Greeting office visitors, answering client inquiries, and addressing complaints in a professional, welcoming manner.
- Team Support: Assisting management or HR with onboarding new hires, organizing company events, and distributing company-wide announcements.
- Must have some office management experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have strong computer skills.
- Must know how to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Be able to work collaboratively with the office team.
- Friendly and customer facing.
