This position is a TEMPORARY assignment that will last approximately 2-4 months.

Responsibilities

Cataloguing, recording, indexing, filing, maintaining, copying and/or scanning all records, including facility and historical documents.

Processing documents that are due for renewal and tracking their progress.

Processing and tracking document change requests from receipt through approval.

Overall implementation and maintenance of the records program.

Qualifications

Document control and recordkeeping experience in a relevant field.

Proficiency with computers, different software programs, and generating reports.

Attention to detail, judgment ability, accuracy, and excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
