Overview
Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair and operation products, is searching for a Benefits Service Administrator I in our Human Resources Department for our Columbus, OH location.

Responsibilities- In this role you will be responsible for performing customer service and administratvie duties associated with the daily operation of the Human Resources Benefits Department.
- Answering and responding to phone calls and emails regarding benefits questions.
- Being the primary point of contact for all Benefits-related presentations and marketing materials.
- Preparing insurance notifications for new associates in monthly emails.
- Helping to distribute benefits related forms to associates.
- Filing, scanning, and maintaining confidentiality of all Company Records.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Two (2) years' experience in a business/benefits environment or an Associate's Degree in a business related field.
- An intermediate level computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook). It requires the ability to quickly grasp new computer related functions.
- The abililty to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- This position requires the ability to read and write small numbers and letters; and the ability to make arithmetic calculations; and the ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
This is a Monday
- Friday role, 1st shift hours. This role is on-site.
