* Proven experience in a customer service or front-facing role with experience in the healthcare or recovery field preferred.
* Strong communication and people skills; professional and compassionate demeanor.
* Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage a fast-paced environment.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Reliable transportation.
* Proficiency with computers, office equipment, and MS Office (Word, Excel).
* Ability to work effectively with culturally diverse groups.
* Understanding of substance use disorder and the recovery process (preferred).
* Must maintain a professional appearance, including scrubs and closed-toe shoes.
