Salary: $55,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience

Easton Town Center is seeking an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Public Safety Administrative Coordinator to support our Public Safety Department.
This position provides administrative and operational support to a team of approximately 25 Public Safety professionals and works closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Public Safety to ensure the department operates efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
What You'll Do- Provide administrative support to Public Safety leadership.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and departmental communications.
- Assist with employee onboarding, training coordination, payroll support, and personnel records.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other department documentation.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and departmental paperwork.
- Maintain department files, records, and compliance documentation.
- Assist with insurance claims, property damage documentation, and incident records.
- Manage parking enforcement records, customer inquiries, and related reporting.
- Coordinate access cards, key control, department supplies, uniforms, and inventory.
- Support department projects, events, and operational initiatives.
- Build positive working relationships with employees, tenants, vendors, and visitors.
- High school diploma required;
Associate's degree preferred. - 3–5 years of administrative support experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
