Role Description

The Executive Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Columbus, OH, providing high-level administrative support to executive leadership. This position manages calendars, organizes meetings, prepares agendas and minutes, and coordinates travel and logistics. The Executive Coordinator drafts and edits correspondence, presentations, and reports, and maintains accurate records and filing systems. The role also involves coordinating cross-department communication, supporting board and committee activities, handling confidential information with discretion, and assisting with special projects and events that advance SVFS’s mission.

Qualifications
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
  • Proficiency with office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email and scheduling platforms, virtual meeting applications).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare professional correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing records, data entry, and document review.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with executives, staff, and external partners.
  • Previous experience in executive support, office coordination, or administrative roles; experience in healthcare or non-profit settings is beneficial.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
