Purpose Of Position

The Office Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to students throughout their journey at My Computer Career  by delivering exceptional customer service. This role provides integral support for each department and the Leadership Office. The administrator may also be responsible for registration, administration, and proctoring of exams through the Pearson Vue testing center when on-site at a campus location.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet all potential and current My Computer Career  students in person and over the telephone.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk Area and the Campus Conference Room.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Admissions process and the Financial Aid Department as needed.
  • Train on and pass the Pearson Vue Proctor Exam to register students, administer exams, and proctor tests daily.
  • Use Salesforce CRM to create, maintain, and monitor student accounts and information.
  • Scan, upload, file documents digitally and/or manually, ensuring sensitive security information is protected.
  • Prepare and handle general admissions documents for the program.
  • Process student loan requests through private lenders.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the Campus Director, ADOA, ADOE, or other staff members.
  • Carry out miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED – required.
  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (required).
  • Attention to detail and exceptional time‑management skills.
