Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
• Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments for staff and clients
• Maintain and organize the reception area to ensure a tidy and inviting environment
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
• Proven experience in a front office or customer service role
