Job Overview:
The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) supports Ohioans and their families through various programs. This position involves program management, technical skills, and professional skills.

Job Description:

The Office of Community Support Services (OCSS) helps low-income families by offering programs that reduce energy costs, improve home efficiency, and provide financial assistance. The Program Administrator will ensure programs follow all state and federal requirements, represent OCSS leadership, coordinate and schedule leadership meetings, oversee budget development, track and monitor for OCSS, and perform additional administrative and operational duties.

Qualifications:

The candidate must have one of the following:
Option 1:
Completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, management, or public administration; 36 months of training or experience in supervisory, administrative &/or managerial position. Option 2:
Completion of undergraduate core program for academic field of study commensurate with program area; 36 months of training or experience in supervisory, administrative, managerial &/or staff position involving planning, research &/or policy/procedure development. Option 3: 5 years of training or 5 years of experience in business administration, management, or public administration. Option 4: 1 year of experience as Program Administrator 2, 63123.

Option 5:
The equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
