• At least two years of customer service or related experience
• Ability to process documents accurately following established procedures
• Strong understanding of security guidelines and confidentiality protocols
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary applications

• Experience with process documentation and training
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities
• Prior involvement in process improvement or project work

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Some college coursework preferred

• This position is 100% onsite
• Flexibility for overtime and potential shift extensions as needed
