Office Manager
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a welcoming and productive workplace? We're looking for an Office Manager to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting others, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring day-to-day office operations run smoothly.
As our Office Manager, you'll serve as a central point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and leadership. You'll play an important role in keeping our office organized, supporting our team, coordinating events, and creating a positive workplace experience.
What You'll DoOffice Operations & Administration
- Oversee daily office operations to maintain an organized, professional, and productive environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related questions, requests, and administrative needs.
- Manage office supplies, grocery orders, equipment, furniture, and general workplace resources.
- Coordinate mail, deliveries, shipping, office maintenance, cleaning services, and facility repairs.
- Maintain office common areas, including the kitchen, stockroom, and office plants.
- Track office-related expenses and collaborate with the accounting team on budget management.
Administrative & Leadership Support
- Provide administrative support to leadership and team members, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for employees.
- Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, expense reports, and other business documents.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Employee Support & Workplace Experience
- Partner with the People Team to coordinate new hire equipment, including laptops, technology, and security badges.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our external IT support provider.
- Communicate office updates, procedures, and important information to employees.
- Coordinate meetings, including room reservations, catering, technology, and materials.
- Assist with planning company events, holiday celebrations, team gatherings, and employee engagement activities.
- Welcome visitors and create a positive experience for employees and guests.
- Support special projects and additional office initiatives as needed.
We're looking for a proactive, resourceful professional who takes pride in staying organized, solving problems, and supporting a team.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
- A professional, approachable, and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with employees at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
You anticipate the needs of others, enjoy finding solutions, and take ownership of your responsibilities. You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, can easily shift between priorities, and genuinely enjoy creating a positive experience for everyone in the office.
