Great Lakes Hyundai of Dublin is a dynamic and customer-focused automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Automotive Appraisal Specialist to join our vehicle acquisition team. This role is responsible for engaging with customers who are looking to sell their vehicle, accurately appraising vehicles, purchasing inventory, and delivering a first-class customer experience from start to finish.

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads from customers looking to sell their vehicle (phone, text, email, online platforms)
• Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals using market data, vehicle condition, and inspection findings
• Present offers clearly and confidently, guiding customers through the selling process
• Purchase vehicles and complete all required documentation correctly and efficiently
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire transaction
• Maintain follow-up with customers to maximize conversion and close opportunities
• Work closely with management and inventory teams to align on pricing and acquisition goals
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, state regulations, and internal processes

• Automotive experience preferred (sales, appraisals, buying, or service background is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a professional, friendly demeanor
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Comfortable using CRM systems, appraisal tools, and digital communication
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Self-motivated, accountable, and goal-oriented
