Job Title: Master or A level Technician / Mechanic
Location: 8555 Sancus Blvd, Columbus, United States, 43240
Job Overview: We are looking for a Master or A level technician/mechanic who is energetic, upbeat, and has a positive attitude. The technician we are looking for has a desire to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Use knowledge and skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests
- Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
- Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
- Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
- Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate concerns
- Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and desire to serve guests
- 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- ASE certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- Desire for long‑term career development
Physical Requirements:
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity to efficiently use hand tools
- Walk/stand for the majority of the workday
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Efficiently navigate a computer
