• 1–3+ years of collision repair experience
• Certified or non‑certified technicians welcome
• Strong knowledge of body repair and vehicle structure
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, production environment
• Valid driver’s license required
• I‑CAR and ASE certifications preferred

• Repair damaged vehicles to company and safety standards
• Diagnose damage and plan efficient repairs
• Communicate repair progress with the team
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
• Follow all safety, PPE, and regulatory requirements
