• Track and monitor maintenance of Drive Time vehicles.
• Perform inspections and work with management to repair or reject inventory based on estimated repair costs and overall vehicle quality.
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic standards.
• Manage incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Prepare and move vehicles throughout the distribution for retail.
• Record daily inventory of vehicles arriving from auctions.
• Keep area clean and organized to avoid spills and hazards.

• Comfortable operating all vehicles at the Reconditioning Center.
• Ability to perform inspections and maintain detailed accurate records of vehicle condition.
• Familiarity with company standards and assurance that each vehicle meets those cosmetic standards.
• Practice safety in the workplace to eliminate hazards for self and team members.
• Work cohesively with management and team members to repair, accept, or reject inventory based on estimated repair costs and overall quality.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Minimum age of 18 years.

• Requires visual acuity and manual dexterity to operate vehicles and other machinery.
• May need to move objects up to 60 pounds.
• Must use safety equipment such as face shield, goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.
• May need to move in tight spaces, such as underneath a vehicle.
• Frequent communication with internal customers to exchange accurate information.
• Frequent movement around the workplace to access machinery, vehicles, etc.
• May work in environments that could be cold, hot, noisy, wet, and may contain fumes or odors related to vehicle maintenance.
