We are seeking an experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our growing Volkswagen dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, accurate diagnostics, and maximizing productivity in a fast-paced environment.

This role includes a $5,000 Sign on bonus for those that qualify!
Responsibilities- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Volkswagen vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Accurately identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Complete warranty, customer-pay, and internal repair orders efficiently and accurately
- Conduct multi-point inspections and communicate repair recommendations
- Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards
- Stay current with Volkswagen technology, systems, and repair procedures

Requirements Qualifications- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to efficiently manage flat-rate work while maintaining quality
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- ASE certifications and Volkswagen certifications are a plus
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
