Valet (Import Service Drive)

About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and customer‑focused Valet to join our Import service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and efficient experience. You will manage vehicle flow in the service drive, handle loaner vehicles, and assist our service department in maintaining a high standard of customer care.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet & Assist: Welcome customers upon arrival and facilitate a smooth service check‑in process.
• Vehicle Management: Safely park, retrieve, and organize vehicles.
• Service Support: Prepare vehicles post‑service (fueling, washing, and paperwork) and inspect loaner vehicles upon return.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure the service drive and lot remain clean, orderly, and free of safety hazards.

What We’re Looking For:

  Valid driver’s license and meet motor vehicle report standards. The ability to drive a manual transmission preferred.
• Customer Focus: A friendly, professional attitude with strong communication skills.
• Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, busy service environment.
• Reliability: Willingness to pass initial drug and background screenings.
