Pep Boys - - Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair vehicles to specifications across brake/hydraulic, exhaust, fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, and air conditioning and computer systems;
Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to customers or non-mechanical staff;
Mentor and develop shop team to improve customer care and satisfaction;
Keep management informed of mechanical repair problems as they occur;
Maintain an organized and neat shop while adhering to safety and environmental rules
