We are seeking a professional, dependable, and career-driven Lot Technician to support the operations of our Sales Department. This position plays an important role in maintaining dealership standards, supporting inventory management, and contributing to a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the organization, presentation, and readiness of dealership inventory
  • Safely transport, stage, and position vehicles throughout dealership property
  • Prepare vehicles for customer demonstrations, deliveries, and showroom display
  • Assist with inventory intake, dealer trades, and vehicle transfers
  • Conduct regular lot inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency
  • Support sales staff with vehicle and inventory-related needs
  • Ensure vehicles are properly fueled, charged, tagged, and secured
  • Maintain dealership appearance standards in both interior and exterior areas
  • Identify and report vehicle damage, maintenance concerns, or safety issues
  • Adhere to all dealership safety procedures and operational policies
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and professional work environment
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screening is required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Professional attitude and dependable attendance
  • Ability to work outdoors and remain active throughout the workday
  • Previous automotive or dealership experience preferred but not required
