We are seeking a professional, dependable, and career-driven Lot Technician to support the operations of our Sales Department. This position plays an important role in maintaining dealership standards, supporting inventory management, and contributing to a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities- Maintain the organization, presentation, and readiness of dealership inventory
- Safely transport, stage, and position vehicles throughout dealership property
- Prepare vehicles for customer demonstrations, deliveries, and showroom display
- Assist with inventory intake, dealer trades, and vehicle transfers
- Conduct regular lot inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency
- Support sales staff with vehicle and inventory-related needs
- Ensure vehicles are properly fueled, charged, tagged, and secured
- Maintain dealership appearance standards in both interior and exterior areas
- Identify and report vehicle damage, maintenance concerns, or safety issues
- Adhere to all dealership safety procedures and operational policies
- Contribute to a positive team culture and professional work environment
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screening is required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Professional attitude and dependable attendance
- Ability to work outdoors and remain active throughout the workday
- Previous automotive or dealership experience preferred but not required
