Understand Sales Commission workflow, with prior experience and in-depth knowledge in design, and development in SAP Commissions Workflow module.

Must Have

Skills:

• Hands‑on experience in SAP Commissions (Callidus) – Workflow tool; experience as a consultant/expert in implementation, development, and support projects.
• Strong Groovy scripting and SQL knowledge.
• Willingness to learn new skillsets and deliver flexibly.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working on Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather customer requirements and understand existing workflows.
• Design and develop new workflows, modify existing ones, and document as needed.
• Update status, risk, and issues in daily Scrum calls to the customer and track them to closure.
• Coordinate with different teams to complete work on time and with highest quality, avoiding escalations.
