We’re looking for a Quick Books Online enthusiast who loves helping small businesses stay organized, confident, and informed about their finances. In this role, you’ll support a variety of small business clients with Quick Books Online setup, cleanup, and ongoing bookkeeping—all while working remotely with a flexible schedule and an amazing team.
If you’re detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and take pride in delivering accurate, reliable financials, this role could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do- Manage and maintain client books in Quick Books Online
- Categorize transactions and reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Review financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support cleanups, monthly bookkeeping, and ongoing maintenance
- Communicate clearly with clients about Quick Books Online setup, usage, and bookkeeping questions
- Follow established processes and documentation standards
- Strong hands-on experience with Quick Books Online
- Solid bookkeeping fundamentals (income, expenses, reconciliations, financial reports)
- Experience working with small business clients
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable communication and strong time management skills
- Experience managing multiple client accounts
- Prior consulting or virtual support experience
- Nonprofit bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Fully remote
