- Service Now Experience (can be taught though but ideally has touched it)
- Personality!! Need to be social and able to communicate well, a lot of cross functional work
- Attentive to detail
- Analytical thinker - will be helping manager make business decisions and guide on errors
- Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point

The Chipotle Business Continuity Program is responsible for the planning and preparation to ensure the organization will have the capability to operate its critical business functions during emergency events, pandemic, or any event that results in a disruption of our business operations. As the Coordinator, Business Continuity you will work across the organization to identify critical business functions and evaluate the necessary resources, technology, and equipment to support the business in line with Global Security and Resilience’s vision.
The Coordinator will work closely with the Program Manager, Business Continuity to foster strategic partnerships with business functions to improve coordination in planning, response and recovery capabilities.
- Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIAs)
- At the direction of management, develop and update Business Continuity Plans (BCPs)
- Present data and metrics to the Program Manager to drive planning, response and recovery capabilities
- Support, as needed, business functions during business disruptions (participate in response and recovery activities)
- Ensure all BIA-related Excel files are ready for process and business continuity plans in Service Now; update or create plans as needed
- Partner with manager to build out what they need in Service Now
- Participate in meetings with the manager

- Assist in identifying gaps in Excel files and provide additional support
