We are seeking a proactive and skilled E-commerce Store Manager to oversee the daily operations and strategic growth of our diverse online retail channels. This is a hybrid role requiring a commitment of 2-3 days per week in-office, with the remainder remote.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, blending deep e-commerce platform knowledge with a strategic mindset for marketing and inventory management. You will be instrumental in managing, optimizing, and growing sales across key marketplaces and direct-to-consumer platforms, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities E-commerce Platform Management & OptimizationWebsite Oversight:
Directly manage and maintain our key e-commerce platforms, including Shopify. This involves knowing how to move products, update collections, and implement design changes without relying on external developers for minor adjustments.
Marketplace Operations:
Oversee listings, inventory synchronization, and performance across major third-party channels such as Amazon, Nordstrom, and specialized luxury platforms like Jomashop.
Brand Management:
Ensure brand consistency and optimal presentation for premium brands like Malul, IMH, and Marley across all online storefronts.
Digital Marketing:
Possess working knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices and the execution/monitoring of online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Amazon Ads).
Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase overall sales volume across all managed stores.
Data Analysis:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Inventory Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate stock levels, timely fulfillment, and efficient handling of returns/exchanges.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement efficiencies in e-commerce operations, from listing creation to order fulfillment.
AI Integration (Future Growth):
Explore and utilize basic Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance content generation, customer service features, or operational efficiency.
Proven experience in managing multiple e-commerce stores or complex online retail operations.
Strong practical knowledge of the Shopify platform is essential.
Familiarity with major marketplace operations (e.g., Amazon Seller Central).
A fundamental understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, paid ads).
Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
