About the Role:
As a Business Analyst Intern at client, you will gain hands-on experience supporting our business operations through business process analysis, requirements gathering and reporting. You will work closely with various departments and report directly to the Director, Business Operations. Your contributions will aid in driving informed development, business processes optimization and improving business efficiency and productivity.
What You ll Do:
- Assist in analyzing and interpreting business processes from multiple sources to support development of new systems capabilities and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand and document business needs.
- Help develop, maintain, and present requirements to various stakeholders.
- Support project management tasks, including documentation and progress tracking.
- Assist in the implementation of new business processes, data flows/mapping and strategies created by the new solutions and systems capabilities.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet Company goals.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) and Jira project management and issue tracking software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Specialized Knowledge &
Skills:
Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. - Strong organizational and time management skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to deliver requirements and documentation by deadlines. Must be proficient in spoken and written English.
