We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Senior Consultant to provide consulting services to our clients, with expertise collecting and analyzing data and proficiency presenting findings to groups. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain projects, process improvement, and project management within a consulting environment. This role requires use of business experience and analytical savvy to plan, manage and execute significant work streams within complex assessment and implementation projects.
ResponsibilitiesIdentifyingperformance gaps, risks, andimprovementopportunities.
Covering planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, sustainability, and resilience.
Including governance structures and “tobe” workflow design.
Evaluating pros/cons, risks, and impacts of solution options.
Demand forecasting, inventory optimization, network modeling, supplier performance, trendidentification.
ERP, WMS, TMS, planning tools, and related systems.
Maintainingconsulting gradeclarity, structure, and impact.
Driving alignment and stakeholder engagement.
Navigating conflict, managing expectations, and influencing outcomes.
Providing direction, coaching, feedback, and quality oversight.
Breaking work into activities and monitoring progress.
Communicating rationale,identifyingchampions, and supporting knowledge transfer.
Including vendor selection, configuration decisions, pilots, and rollout support.
Ensuring successful capability building and behavior change.
Ensuring solutionsremaineffective, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
Supporting business development andcross sellopportunities.
Developing insightsontrends andrepresentingthe firm externally.
Using appropriate analyticalframeworks and tools.
Creating concise,high valuesyntheses.
