What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Identify and secure opportunities to enhance campus visibility and support sales growth
  • Source, support, and lead campus events, including fairs and student organization presentations
  • Develop expertise in Kaplan products to deliver compelling presentations
  • Manage a lead pipeline and provide nurturing follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments
  • Build and maintain relationships with campus advisors and student organizations to position Kaplan favorably
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
  • 1+ year of experience in campus leadership, event promotion, or student outreach with a focus on marketing or sales
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Prior field marketing or business development experience
  • 1+ year of sales experience or business development experience
