• Analyze and forecast financial, economic, and other data to inform strategic and operational decisions
• Establish metrics and provide data analyses to support business intelligence
• Communicate forecast changes and their drivers to senior leadership teams
• Oversee bid assumptions and support the national bid assumption review process
• Monitor emerging claims experience data and evaluate actual to expected differences

• Bachelor’s Degree
• FSA or ASA designation plus relevant advanced degree or extensive work experience
• MAAA designation
• Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience managing sizable teams
• Strong communication skills and experience in multiple functions such as modeling, pricing, and reporting

• Visionary mindset with the ability to anticipate long-term business needs
• Effective influencer with strong emotional intelligence
• Comfortable engaging with senior leaders across different functional areas
• Ability to effectively communicate trade-offs of business decisions to diverse audiences
