- Prepare, compile & verify statistical, financial, accounting or auditing data, reports & tables related to accounts payable & accounts receivable &/or perform payroll activities:
- Greet & respond to in-person, telephone &/or written inquiries in a professional, courteous, friendly, respectful & timely manner to ensure positive internal &/or external customer service;
- Listen carefully to internal &/or external customer's questions &/or concerns & ask appropriate follow‑up questions to verify understanding;
- Provide a complete, knowledgeable, accurate, precise response immediately or provide a firm commitment as to when a response will be provided;
- Follow‑up to ensure all of the customer's questions &/or concerns have been thoroughly answered;
- Verify, audit, & compile various reports & transactions for the vehicle registrations, SB 123 (partial reinstatement fees);

Qualifications- Option 1: 18 months experience or 18 months training in accounting &/or finance to include a basic level of experience in spreadsheet software.
- Option 2:
Completion of high school technical program in accounting; AND 6 months experience or 6 months training in accounting or finance to include a basic level of experience in spreadsheet software. - Option 3:
Completion of associate core program in business administration, accounting, finance or related field; or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
