As an Operations Project Execution Vice President in Corporate Third Party Oversight Operations within Global Supplier Services, you will lead the delivery of strategic projects that ensure efficient execution, on-time and on-budget outcomes, and alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements across Third Party Oversight and Inter-Affiliate Oversight programs. You will foster operational excellence, drive process improvements, and partner with stakeholders across the firm to uphold policy standards and risk commitments.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead, monitor, and track a pipeline of Inter-Affiliate and Third-Party projects to ensure adherence to program requirements.
  • Monitor projects and services using reports, tools, and system research to maintain visibility over the Inter-Affiliate/Third-Party relationship.
  • Ensure all applicable requirements are completed within required time frames based on risk tier; manage timelines for all process steps.
  • Translate and communicate risks and issues to business stakeholders, articulating business impact and remediation paths.
  • Update required systems (e.g., Compass, Qlik View, Cognos) and maintain documentation in line with policies and procedures.
  • Elicit and document business needs and identify solutions to mitigate risks while building strong, trust-based relationships across levels of the organization.
  • Partner across countries and regions with local Subject Matter Experts and functions including Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Tax to ensure coordinated execution.
  • Drive and support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and control outcomes.
  • Plan and execute user acceptance testing for technical and process changes, including authoring test scripts and use cases.
Required Qualifications , Capabilities, and

Skills:
  • 10+ years in Inter-Affiliate Services, Finance, Sourcing, Third-Party Oversight, Risk, Oversight & Control, Vendor Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an operations environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with Legal, Tax, and Regional Governance for coordinated program execution.
  • Knowledge of regional and local regulatory outsourcing requirements and risk management principles.
  • Familiarity with Inter-Affiliate Oversight /Third Party Oversight standards and experience with procurement and reporting tools (e.g., Compass, Ariba, Cognos).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to execute and accelerate appropriately.
  • Sound business judgment with a proactive approach to identifying issues early and applying root‑cause analysis to drive long‑term solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data and process flows in operational contexts.
  • Proven ability to drive complex problems to resolution and adapt quickly to change.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including at least intermediate Excel skills.
