Business Advancement | Schottenstein Center General Administration Under the direction of the Chief Entertainment Officer for Columbus Arenas Sports & Entertainment (CASE) the Booking Manager receives facility requests and maintains and distributes the booking calendars of CASE/Business Advancement facilities including Mershon Auditorium to necessary parties. Assist the Director of Booking in the Development, management, and implementation of revenue-producing event opportunities. Build and execute event settlement with promoters and artist.

Provides settlement and calendar support to other CASE/Business Advancement facilities including, but not limited to The Schottenstein Center, Nationwide Arena, Ohio Stadium on an as-needed basis. Work in collaboration with the finance department to budget and forecast event revenue for the next fiscal year.

Ensures that all booking systems policies and general communication with all parties involved are accurate, clear, and consistent. Required to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Desired Qualifications Experience in program planning and administration of live entertainment. Proficient with event booking software (i.e., ) desired.
