Customer Account, Billing Analyst Core Responsibilities

• Customers are passed due, figure out why they are pass due
• Sending statements in excel, provide update on payment status
• Any issues with invoice - shipment, pricing issue, etc.
• Figuring out why customers aren't paying
• Issue with invoice, shipping issue, etc.
• Provide any details they are looking for - credit memo, proof of delivery, etc.
• A lot of investigation
• Try to resolve open items that are causing orders to hit a credit management hold.
• Running through credit holds. Why are they hitting the hold.
