Overview

This role reports to the Regional Customer Experience Supervisor/Senior Supervisor and is responsible for commercial and operational activities in the Order‑to‑Cash process for the customer base: validating and booking customer orders, managing order fulfillment activities, providing proactive updates, and managing physical & financial claims. The role requires strong alignment with all relevant internal functions to deliver a seamless end‑to‑end customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English; additional European languages are a valuable asset.
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Support or equivalent roles within supply chain, order management, or collections processes.
  • 1–2 years of stakeholder management experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in reporting, knowledge transfer, or coaching.
  • 1+ years of strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with CRM/ERP systems, with SAP expertise required.
  • 1+ years of advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • 1+ years of direct customer communication experience via phone, mail, and email.
  • 2 years of experience analyzing data and using reporting tools such as SAP, Salesforce, or Power

    BI.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Lean Six Sigma expertise and Green Belt Certification.
  • Experience leading or contributing to project management teams.
  • Proficiency with SAP, Salesforce, InContact, and other CRM/ERP tools.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Incoterms and trade & compliance regulations.
  • Strong financial acumen related to the collections process (VAT, billing, proforma, credit management).
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships within virtual teams across geographies.
  • Adaptable and culturally sensitive mindset in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
