Travel Agency Manager

Overview

Golden Ticket Travel Club is looking for an experienced travel agent to manage our internal travel client service and internal operations. This is a split role where 75% of time will be spent building/supporting client travel plans and 25% on managing business operations. As we grow, more time will be dedicated to business operations and personnel management. The expectation is to establish yourself as an expert in travel services, deliver world-class client service, and lead this team as a resourceful and motivating leader.

Golden Reserve is a nationwide full-service financial company. Golden Ticket Travel Club was built as an internal travel agency division to service Golden Reserve clients’ planning and travel needs. We also provide multiple fully curated group trip experiences throughout the year. This is a new company; you will be asked to help build/improve processes, leverage technology, and bring new ideas essential to the role’s success.

• Salary
• $75,000 - $100,000 annual salary, based on experience

• Five (5)+ years of travel agency and planning experience
