Job Overview

Golden Ticket Travel Club is looking for an experienced travel agent to manage our internal travel client service and internal operations. This split role involves 75% of the time spent building and supporting client travel plans while 25% is dedicated to managing business operations. As the company grows, the role will shift to focus more on business operations and personnel management.

The candidate is expected to become an expert in travel services, deliver world‑class client service, and be a motivating leader for the team.

Golden Ticket Travel Club is the internal travel agency division of Golden Reserve, a nationwide full‑services financial company. The club serves thousands of Golden Reserve clients’ planning and travel needs and offers multiple fully curated group trip experiences throughout the year. As a new company, you will help build and improve processes, leverage technology, and bring innovative ideas to the role.

• Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 annual, based on experience

• Five years or more of travel agency and planning experience
