Position OverviewManage security services and operations for assigned smaller accounts, including client service, problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, post‑order preparation, staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training. Provide leadership to Security Supervisors on requirements and priorities of work; coordinate site needs.
QualificationsExperience as Operations Manager, Site Supervisor, or Account Manager.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Efficient communication and coordination across teams.
