We’re looking for an Associate Channel Manager to support and grow a $1M portfolio of distributor partners.
This role is responsible for managing day-to-day account performance, supporting growth initiatives, and ensuring strong execution across assigned partners.
This is a hands-on role focused on driving revenue through distribution partners, ensuring strong execution across accounts and identifying opportunities to expand product placement, increase sell-through, and grow channel performance.
You’ll work closely with the Distribution Channel Manager and Director of Distribution to execute strategies, uncover growth opportunities, and keep partners running smoothly.

- Support execution of joint business plans with distributor partners
- Maintain strong day-to-day relationships with key contacts at distributor accounts
- Identify and elevate growth opportunities (new SKUs, placements, regions)
- Help manage forecasting and order flow with internal teams
- Partner with sales team to support deals that flow through distribution
- Track pipeline and opportunities in Hub Spot
- Assist in preparing and executing QBRs and partner check-ins
- Monitor sell-through data and flag risks or opportunities
- Support trade shows, partner calls, and occasional field engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, ops, and supply chain to ensure execution
- 2–4 years in account management, sales, or partnerships (distribution experience a plus)
- Experience managing or supporting a book of business (six-figure to low seven-figure)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Analytical mindset — able to track performance and spot trends
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Interest in supporting a mission-driven, for-profit business expanding access to period care at scale
- Experience managing national distribution portfolios at the headquarter level preferred
- Experience using Hub Spot, Netsuite and Apollo preferred
- Prior experience in a mission-driven or sustainability-focused company preferred
- Prior experience working for a startup preferred
