Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Columbus, Ohio (onsite at first; then hybrid) - Westerville area

What You’ll Do:
  • Assist the team in the development, monitoring, and maintenance of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Support the preparation and analysis of actual and projected Revenue Requirements.
  • Partner with Accounting to oversee Oracle project setup, establish new vendor accounts, generate budget-to-actual reporting, and support other business-related financial activities.
  • Create and manage purchase requisitions while reviewing, tracking, and analyzing invoices related to operational and project expenses.
  • Compile, organize, and maintain critical documentation, including requests for proposals (RFPs), contracts, agreements, and contract amendments.
  • Support contract administration and procurement activities, including developing scopes of work, preparing RFPs and bid packages, and assisting with bid evaluations and vendor selection processes.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business updates for leadership, the Board, and other stakeholders as requested.
  • Provide administrative, financial, and project support to ensure the successful execution of initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, along with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience; equivalent combinations of education and 5–7 years of related experience will also be considered.
  • Experience with Oracle, ERP preferred.
  • Relevant experience includes administrative, financial, budgeting, or project support responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while building positive working relationships across departments.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage time, prioritize competing responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a professional demeanor and strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
  • Knowledge of workflow management and business process improvement principles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management software and related tools is a plus.
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally as business needs require.
