Reporting to the Yard Manager, the Equipment Inventory Clerk is a hands‑on role suited for someone who enjoys working with customers and has a strong attention to detail. This position oversees inventory management across the site, ensuring accurate and efficient tracking and implementing best practices in inventory control. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and relevant experience in inventory management.

The role requires effective multitasking and the ability to make quick, informed decisions based on available information. As with all positions at RB Global, this role is committed to fostering a strong safety culture that benefits employees, colleagues, and stakeholders.

• Promote Safety Culture:
  Foster a safety culture by prioritizing the health and safety of all employees and customers, applying the “see something, say something” principle, and clearly communicating safety requirements within the yard. Safely operate vehicles to move and store equipment within the facility, ensuring proper handling and adherence to safety protocols.
• Customer Service:
  Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries related to equipment inventory, providing guidance to customers delivering or picking up and visitors. As needed, direct customers to the appropriate team member for further assistance.
• Inventory Management:
  Oversee and maintain accurate records of all assets on the property, including equipment receiving, release, and reconciliation of past sales. Ensure efficient tracking and organization of inventory across all sale cycles and selling channels. Enforce storage policies and implement best practices to optimize yard space, utilization, and turnover.
