Change Management Analyst
Location: Columbus, OH office (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)
As a Change Management Analyst, you will enable the execution of the enterprise change management strategy by providing integrated communication, training and change activities. You will partner with program teams to design and deliver communications, training, and engagement that build awareness, readiness and adoption. The analyst assesses change impacts, develops enablement strategies, monitors stakeholder adoption, and uses strong business judgment and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
EssentialFunctions
- Work with Change Management Lead, consulting partners and program teams to execute integrated change, communication and training strategies, including plans, stakeholder analysis, measurement and change network coordination.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, leaders, project teams and end‑users to build alignment and drive engagement across communication, training and change activities.
- Develop and deliver targeted communication materials and training content (presentations, job aids, learning resources, engagement materials) to inform and enable stakeholders throughout the change journey.
- Translate change impacts into communication and training strategies that address business challenges and support adoption.
- Identify and support the continued maintenance of change impacts, coordinating with SMEs for input and validation.
- Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative metrics (training participation, communication effectiveness, adoption data) to assess readiness and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Identify resistance areas and contribute to mitigation through targeted communications, training interventions and stakeholder engagement approaches.
- Assist in developing, coordinating and executing engagement events to build understanding and future adoption.
- Maintain accurate records of change management and training activities, progress and outcomes and track activities for project/program teams.
- Support execution and coordination of major change activities across programs (communication deployment, training logistics, scheduling, stakeholder engagement tracking).
- Build relationships with peers across projects to leverage existing communication and engagement opportunities.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1–3 years of experience in change management programs (stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, digital communication, training support, business readiness) or other highly relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with and through others.
- Ability to include others and drive alignment toward a common vision or goal.
- Experience navigating in matrixed environments.
- Strong reliability, follow‑through on commitments and high accountability.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to effectively manage stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Strong analytic and decision‑making abilities.
- Ability to interpret data and work with analytic models and advanced technologies, including data reporting and visualization.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Instructional Design certifications.
- Experience using video editing software.
- Experience using training development tools such as Captivate or Articulate.
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies, tools and best practices.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
Salary Range$69,900 – $105,000.
