SUMMER TURN CREW
Looking for a fast-paced summer job with great pay and a team atmosphere? Join Hometeam Properties for our Student Housing Turn Season
!
What is “Turn”? Turn is our busiest (and most exciting) time of year where we prepare apartments for new residents moving in. You’ll get hands‑on experience in:
- Maintenance Support – light repairs, painting, prepping units
- Inspection Support – walking units, documenting conditions
- Office Assistance – organizing, key prep, move-in coordination
$15/hour + Overtime Available
. May 15 – August 19
.
Hours ramp up in August with GUARANTEED OVERTIME from 7/31–8/19 – perfect for stacking extra cash before fall!
BONUS:
Food provided daily during peak turn season – we keep you fueled and ready to go
